Morning opens in the stillness of Saint-Émilion.
We cycle from Grand Barrail through the vineyards to Château Montlabert,
where Ece and our French chef lead a hands-on cooking atelier —
more than a workshop, it is the creation of spring’s first shared table.
We enjoy the menu we’ve crafted together, paired with Montlabert’s Grand Cru Classé wines.
The afternoon brings us to Bordeaux city and the refined calm of Yndo Hotel.
Dinner is at Michelin-starred Amicis, exploring the region’s contemporary cuisine.
