Château Beychevelle Experience

Day 1 – A Dream Begins in Château Beychevelle
After landing at Bordeaux Airport, we travel through the vineyards to our château.
This journey is more than a transfer — it’s a gentle awakening, where time slows and senses open.
Our evening unfolds in the historic dining hall of Château Beychevelle, where our French chef welcomes us with a refined dinner that captures the essence of Bordeaux.
Glasses rise, and the spirit of the region fills the room.
Day 2 – For the Love of Grand Cru
The day begins with a peaceful breakfast overlooking the château gardens.
Then we set off toward the legendary vineyards of Médoc.Private tastings at two Grand Cru Classé tell the story of soil, sun, and time.
Lunch is a simple yet elegant picnic among the vines.As night falls, we return to the château for a dinner designed by our French chef —a graceful finale to a day devoted to wine and wonder.
Day 3 – Cité du Vin & the Rhythm of Bordeaux
After breakfast and a quiet walk in the gardens — perhaps with a coffee in hand —we head into the city to explore Bordeaux’s pulse.
At La Cité du Vin, we dive into the culture and history of wine.
The afternoon is yours to wander, explore, or simply linger.
Dinner is local : L’Entrecôte —a taste of nostalgia, warm conversations, and a return to the calm of the château.
Day 4 – In the Footsteps of Cognac – Hennessy & Rémy Martin
This morning we leave the vineyards for the art of distillation — destination Cognac.Our first stop: the legendary Hennessy.We walk through its cellars, breathe in the scent of oak and time.
At Rémy Martin, we witness craftsmanship where tradition meets precision.Tastings, stories, patience — a masterclass in savoir-faire. By evening, we return to Bordeaux for dinner at the Michelin-starred Amicis,before retreating once more to the quiet comfort of our château.
Day 5 – Until Next Time
Our final morning coffee is savored in the gardens of Château Beychevelle.
Moments linger softly — then it’s time to say goodbye,as we head to the airport, carrying a little of Bordeaux within us.
